CONCENTRATE “HYPER SWR” EFFECTIVE PROTECTION AGAINST MOISTURE

"HYPER SWR" is a concentrated solution of alkali metal siliconates, diluted with water before use.

    • APPLICATION:

    Working solution: 1 liter of "HYPER SWR" (concentrate) for 10-12 liters of water. Consumption: 250-500 ml / m ² (one layer) depending on the porosity of the building material.

    Before masonry works it is recommended to make a test on the sample of the facing material.

    Application:
  • "HYPER SWR" (concentrate) is gradually added to the water, stirring vigorously.
  • Working solutions "HYPER SWR" should be used during 4 hours, because they are sensitive to acids, including to carbon dioxide.
  • In case of need to keep the working solution for a longer time use well sealed steel, glass or plastic containers.
  • Use plastic, steel, glass containers for preparing the working solution and storage.
  • Using containers of non-ferrous metals (aluminum, galvanized iron, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Apply on dry and clean surface at temperature above +5°С.
  • In case of using cleaning agents on the surface, wash it with water and dry before application. Use spray, roller or brush with no pressure downwards, so that the layer of liquid flowing down the surface was not more than 5-10 cm. Repeated coating after 3-5 minutes on not completely dry surface.
  • After 2-3 days the surface is protected from moisture.
  • The water-repellent layer is formed in contact with air during 1 day and then it continues to increase waterresistant properties within 1-2 weeks.

    • CONCRETE BULK MODIFICATION

    "HYPER SWR" (concentrate) should be added with mixing water in an amount of 0.4-0.5% of the binder (cement) weight .

    In the case of applying on ready-mixed concrete, use 1.4-1.5 kg of "HYPER SWR" diluted with 2 liters of water for 1sq.m of concrete.

    After adding the solution "HYPER SWR" the mixture should be stirred into the mixer during 20-30 minutes.

    Safety precautions:
  • “HYPER SWR” and its solutions have an alkaline reaction;
  • Use protective goggles, respirator, rubber gloves and apron;
  • In case of contact to the skin, eyes, mouth wash with plenty of water;
  • When processing buildings and constructions protect metal, glass, plastic parts from contact with water-repellent. Do not leave the parked cars, motorcycles, etc. in the working zone.
  • Composition:Composition: alkali metal siliconates, fungicide. Water-based.
    • Storage:
  • Store in a tightly closed container in closed warehouses, excluding direct sunlight at a temperature of -5 ° C to +30 ° C.
  • Guaranteed storage period - 1 year. Storage life of the working solution in hermetically sealed container- 1 year.
